Mission Statement
The Gulf Coast Energy Network aims to work collaboratively with our regional partners to create a sustainable economy by expanding the renewable energy market and developing an innovative workforce to meet our country’s growing demand for energy. Working together, we will promote energy and water conservation by engaging industry leaders, elected officials, and the general public to support educational workshops to foster a productive dialogue that helps move our country towards sustainable, renewable sources of energy, By focusing on sustainable design and low impact development, we can ensure healthy communities and a robust quality of life that promotes the economy and preserves natural resources. Our vision for the future is one in which a renewable energy economy is built using new sustainable sources of energy. This future will ensure energy independence, address global climate change, and create a new green economy.
