The Gulf Coast Energy Network is hosting its January energy workshop, RE:-Energize on Friday, January 23rd at the Ramada Plaza Beach Resort in Ft Walton Beach. Registration begins at 9:00AM so we ask that you have your table completely set up by 8:30AM. All vendors will be entered in a drawing for a free vendor table at the 2009 Power Up Energy Conference & Expo (a $500 value). The vendor area will be open to the general public to increase traffic and maximize your investment.
Your vendor table is confirmed once we receive your completed Vendor Registration Form and your payment. Please RSVP by Friday, January 16th Close of Business. Registration can be completed by mail. Space is limited, so don’t delay. Returning vendors receive priority booth selection.
Your sponsorship entitles you to:
$200 SPONSORSHIP LEVEL
• One (1) 7’ vendor table
• One (1) workshop pass which gives you full access to the event
• Your company’s logo on the Agenda, GCEN website, and all promotional material*
• Your company’s sponsorship level recognized at the event
• One (1) lunch at the event
• One (1) drink ticket for the Social Networking Event (in the Ramada’s Lounge)
*For vendors that wish to have their company logo added to the program agenda and GCEN, please submit your company/organization logo in a .JPG format. By submitting your logo you authorize the Gulf Coast Energy Network to use the logo for promotional purposes.
Vendors Agree to the Following
• Vendors will set-up and break down their own area.
• One (1) Table will be provided per vendor.
• If you require electricity please contact us as soon as possible.
• Booth set-up begins at 7:00 a.m. and must be completed by 8:30 a.m.
• Participants are responsible for any local, state, or federal laws applicable to their business.
• You are responsible for maintenance/cleanup of your area and disposal/recycling of your trash.
• Your area must be clean and vacated by 5:30 p.m.
