Power Up Media Guide & Ad Submission

In an effort to reduce our impact on the environment and reduce the need to print on paper, GCEN will no longer print a program guide. All the information that would have been in the guide is on this website including the agenda, sponsors and more. GCEN now offers sponsorship opportunities that include more digital opportunities. 

Guidelines

Sponsors of Power Up may use the guidelines below to prepare your ads for the GCEN website. 

Logo Specifications
  • Logos must be high quality
  • Vector Format (preferred): .AI or .EPS
  • Bitmap File type: JPG or PNG, 300 dpi, minimum 10″ wide. 
  • Please do not submit logos that have been embedded in a Powerpoint or Word document. 

If you are not sure about your logo file, submit it any way. Our design team will review it and let you know if there are any quality issues. 

Social Media Ads

GCEN only posts on Facebook and LinkedIn. Create your ads according to the sizes listed below. You may only submit one size for each social media platform. 

Facebook (Choose Your Size)

  • Square: 1200 x 1200 pixels
  • Horizontal: 1200 x 630 pixels
  • Vertical: 1080 x 1350 pixels
 
LinkedIn (Choose Your Size)
  • Square: 1200 x 1200 pixels
  • Horizontal: 1104 x 736 pixels
Website Banner Ads

Banner ads will be displayed on the GCEN website, primarily on the Event Agenda page which is the highest profile page for the event.
